We are recruiting a HRIS Officer for an international pharmaceutical company.
Your tasks:
Manage the administration and performance optimization of Workday
You will be responsible for the implementation of new IS deployments,
Apply the payroll rules entrusted to the HRIS team
Implement and follow up on corrective or evolutionary intervention requests with the HRIS team
Participate in the development of parameterisation rules (analysis and interpretation of requirements)
Participate in meetings with IT service providers involved in the payroll process
Assist in the coordination and follow-up of requirements expressed by operational staff to IT service providers
Write, manage and monitor the progress of tickets relating to the HRIS and operational requests.
Analyze Workday integration needs with other tools
Check the security of roles
Create new reports according to HR needs
Support users and act as an expert
Conducting HR training courses
Your Profile:
You have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience and in the implementation of new features.
You have a good knowledge of Workday, a HCM certification and a certification on the Recruiting and Talent modules.
Fluent in Spanish
You have a good command of English (B2 level minimum)
