Your role is to provide reliable and insightful news and analysis across various sectors, and our commodities division plays a vital role in covering the dynamic and ever-evolving world of commodities trading, pricing, and market trends.
As a Reporter in the commodities sector, you will be responsible for researching, investigating, and reporting on commodities-related news, trends, and developments. You will have the opportunity to build a network of industry contacts, attend conferences and events, and contribute to our comprehensive coverage of the commodities market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the commodities sector
- Write engaging and informative news articles, features, and reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players
- Collect and set prices
- Monitor market trends, prices, and regulatory changes affecting the commodities sector.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in journalism or reporting, preferably within the commodities sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
