We are now looking for a Manager, Communications and Marketing to lead the communications and marketing of UPM Timber. The position is located in Tampere.

What you’ll do
- Lead and execute UPM Timber’s communication and marketing with an end-to-end responsibility from planning to execution and measurement
- Proactively plan and execute marketing concepts and campaigns in close collaboration with the management team and sales
- Systematically plan and execute communication in a way that keeps employees, customers and various stakeholders informed and engaged
- Actively contribute to the team’s success and continuous improvement by actively contributing ideas and executing the plans with high quality and integrity
Who you are
- You have at least six years of relevant experience and a degree in communications or marketing
- You have a proven track record of impactful communication and marketing responsibilities
- You have experience in international companies and markets
- You are fluent in English and Finnish, and can provide examples of your excellent writing skills
- You have a proven track record in creating interesting and engaging content for various audiences and channels
- You are a structured team player with the capability to plan proactively and quickly adapt to changing situations
