** YOUR MISSION **
As a Customer Service Advisor:
  • You are the first point of contact for our B2B customers and play an important role in their experience with our products and services.
  • You become an expert in handling customer inquiries. You determine what actions are needed and correctly estimate the direct and indirect consequences of your actions. In doing so, you always keep an eye on speed and quality.
  • You gather as much knowledge as possible of almost all aspects of the CHEP business, enabling you to work out interesting cases and find a perfect solution for the customer.
  • You question certain internal processes and look for a more efficient way of working in order to support internal and external customers even better.
  • You are jointly responsible for Contract Management: you are able to draw up contracts, send them out and ensure that they are signed and returned. You take care of the creation of new customers and the corresponding administrative set-up in our systems.
** YOUR PROFILE **
  • Administratively strong and accurate.
  • You communicate fluently with different clients and teams and are a flexible team player.
  • You are stress resistant, results-oriented and a real go-getter.
  • You can quickly switch between very different customer requests.
  • You are Dutch-speaking and have a good (oral and written) knowledge of French and English.
  • You can work autonomously and separate main issues from side issues.
  • You work systematically with your goals always in mind.
  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
