Senior Power FAE
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support and guide East China customers for IGBT and general power products.
2. Work with worldwide AE team, provide on-line technique support for Renesas power products.
3. Keep close contact with application teams locally and HQ.
4. Keep good relationships with BU and sales, teamwork for customer project design win.
5. Act as the first point of contact for customer in case of any fault report by them in order to provide support and ensure Renesas Semiconductor deliver against service level agreements.
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above Degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline.
2. 3+ years of experience as Power product AE/FAE, or switching power supply RD, or related position/experience.
3. Experience with IGBT/Mosfet, Photovoltaic inverter, energy storge product/system design, or customer support is a plus.
4. Strong customer facing skills and communication ability.
5. Be good at oral/written English, strong communication/interpersonal skills
