We are looking for a IT Retail Coordinator Specialist to join our IT team.
As IT Retail Coordinator you will join the IT team to support CP Company Direct to Consumer transformation based on Cegid, SalesForce, and Oracle NetSuite Applications, implementing new features, processes as well as Retail localizations. Furthermore, you will actively participate in other Direct to Consumer projects.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in multiple projects from conception to technical implementation.

· Work as part of a team to evaluate, design and implement new, enhanced software solution.
· Design Retail and Omnichannel functional solution, including configuration, and integration with other functional areas across the applications landscape (including legacy systems)
· Maintain and support existing Retail solutions
· Execute test scripts, support user acceptance test, plan, and coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities
· Collaborate with the Retail and Digital Team to deliver IT projects.
· Coordinate third parties (systems integrators and service providers).
· Implement processes, tools, methods, guidelines, and standards.
· Support User training for the new software features or tools
Requirements - Technical Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in IT Retail
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience.
· Experience on fashion and luxury market, focused on direct-to-consumer business.
· Experience on the retail processes, specifically store operations and ecom integration.
· Experience on omnichannel solution.
· Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
· At least one end-to-end implementation project
· Knowledge of CEGID, Oracle Netsuite as a plus
· Problem solving and focus on results
· Ability to work under pressure
· Strong analytical skills, attention to details and technicalities
· Ability to interact with business leadership
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· PMI®/PRINCE2/ITIL certification as a plus
