Production Supervisor

We are looking for a new colleague in the Production Department at our location in Zhangjiagang.
Your tasks:
- Production Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.
- Responsible for employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.
- Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime.
- Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc.
- Check operator’s training level and work discipline, responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.
Your profile:
- Educational: Colleague or above.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 year of related experience.
- Knowledge of and skills in SAP and Production System
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to act independently with minimal supervision.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
