We have a unique opportunity for a Stores Person to join our team!
Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, Hyatt Regency Sydney is Australia’s largest full-service hotel boasting a total of 878 rooms. Working in our Purchasing department, you will hold a critical role in the hotel. Based in our Loading Dock, you will coordinate with various departments regarding the stock received. Your day to day duties include, inspecting and examining the quality and inventory of stock, cross referencing incoming stock with invoices and contributing to maintaining a safe and fun working environment at all times.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Dedicated work ethic
- Experience with BirchStreet software systems (preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to obtain a forklift license (if required)
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, lift and move heavy items (e.g. beer kegs)
- Availability to work on Saturday and early morning shifts commencing from 6:00AM
- Full working rights in Australia
