Description & Requirements
- Developing area by mapping area segregation- adding distribution points and benchmarking to competitors.
- Hiring and evaluating new distributors by mapping distributor cluster- mapping revenue vs total population in the respective area- mapping register outlet vs potential total population- mapping area segregation- and creating distributor performance report.
- Evaluating distributor performance (Infrastructure- Productivity- Distribution & Sales) by evaluating numbers SR based on KHI requirements- numbers of outlets coverage compare to universe- productivity per SR compare to standard and revenue
- Ensuring DPM achievement by conduction business review with bottom performer distributor and regular monitoring.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major
- Min. 5 years of working experiences in related area
- Experience in evaluating distributor performance
- Able to do data analyzing and operate Ms Excel
- Have a good business acumen
- Have a good leadership skills
- Have a good sense in problem solving and decision making
